We were incredibly lucky to have Círculo Gastronómico cater our wedding reception, and it was the best decision we ever made! From the very first moment, the service was excellent. Carlos was charming, attentive, and always available. The food was spectacular. We wanted a 100% vegetarian menu for our wedding, and they proposed a menu that exceeded our expectations! We loved every dish, every detail, and the presentation! Guests raved about the food, impressed by the flavors. They set up a quesillo bar that was a dream come true! And the service was excellent, from beginning to end, from the initial planning stages until the wedding itself. Thank you for everything!!! You are the best!

Working with Carlos and his team at Círculo Gastronómico Oaxaqueño was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the tasting, every dish and drink was exquisite (it was so hard to choose!), and on the day of the event, the flavor and presentation were impeccable. Our guests keep telling us how delicious the food was and how satisfied they were. Plus, Carlos gave us a lovely little gift at the end. Hiring them was worth every penny; you won't regret it!

Excellent choice for wedding banquet and furniture. We were very satisfied with the quality of the food; all our guests loved it. I highly recommend them. My wedding was in Huatulco, and even though they are based in downtown Oaxaca, they were able to travel there with the same quality and professionalism.

What an great experience working with such amazing people. Where should I start. Our wedding was November of 2023 in the most beautiful place in the world OAXACA. Carlos has the magic touch when it comes to food. He brought Oaxacan cuisine to another level. Our guests were so pleased with the taste of the food. From the cilantro crema, mole, filete maya, and the dessert miel y citricos to just name a few. Lets talk about the how smooth and accurate timing was during dinner and also how attentive the waiters were as well to all of our guest. The hospitality was magnificent. I am extremely pleased.
